We pride ourselves on supplying our customers with a quick delivery. Gloves are normally despatched on the day of order up to 2PM, Monday to Friday, and sent by Royal Mail.

- UK Standard Delivery (approx 2 – 3 days), Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For £4.50
- UK Next Day Delivery, Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1PM £7.50
- UK Next Day Delivery on a Saturday, Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1PM on a Saturday £12.00
- Worldwide Delivery (approx 3 – 14 days), Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed For £10.00
- FREE delivery (UK & Worldwide) on ALL orders with a value of £100.00 or more
In the event that we are unable to supply your goods within thirty days, we will inform you immediately and advise you of the expected delivery date. Outstanding orders / items can be cancelled at any time. In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, deficient of items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered by you, then such details must be notified by you to us within seven working days of receipt.
If we receive no such notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company’s appointed carrier.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We hope that you will be happy with your gloves, but for any reason should you need to return a pair or exchange them, we have a returns policy on all purchased items within 28 days of order receipt and provide a returns form with every purchase.
We simply ask that this form is completed and returned to us together with your gloves which must be in their original unworn, re-saleable condition complete with all original packaging. We will happily exchange for a different size, providing these are in stock, or refund the cost of the gloves.
Please wrap the gloves securely, obtain a proof of posting and ensure you provide your full return address and the full details of any exchange size/s required.

Apologies, but we do not refund the delivery charge on the original order and we do not offer Freepost on returned items.
